SAFEZONE TECHNOLOGIES LLC
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
SafeZone Technologies LLC (“SafeZone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this website for informational and business purposes related to medical and ophthalmic equipment, technical services, equipment sourcing, repair, refurbishment, and related technologies.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SafeZone Technologies website, including our Equipment Marketplace, contact forms, equipment inquiries, and other features or services made available through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
1. Website Use
SafeZone Technologies provides this website primarily for business and informational purposes. You may use the website to learn about our company, equipment, technical services, technologies, and other solutions; browse equipment displayed in our Equipment Marketplace; submit inquiries; and contact us regarding equipment, services, sourcing, repair, or technical support.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website, its functionality, or the ability of others to use it.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, accounts, databases, or networks; introduce malicious code or other harmful technologies; scrape or systematically extract website content without authorization; impersonate another person or organization; or use the website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
2. Equipment Marketplace and Availability
The SafeZone Technologies Equipment Marketplace may display medical, ophthalmic, diagnostic, technical, or related equipment that is currently in stock, available through our supplier network, under evaluation, or potentially available through sourcing.
Equipment listings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer to sell. Availability, condition, specifications, accessories, configuration, pricing, shipping, and other details may change without notice.
Submitting an inquiry, request for quotation, or equipment request does not guarantee availability or create a purchase agreement.
Any sale, service, sourcing arrangement, or other transaction is subject to separate confirmation by SafeZone Technologies, including agreement on equipment details, price, payment terms, shipping, taxes, import or export requirements, and any other applicable terms.
3. Equipment Condition and Descriptions
Equipment offered by SafeZone Technologies may be new, used, pre-owned, refurbished, repaired, serviced, or otherwise evaluated, as indicated in the applicable listing, quotation, invoice, or transaction documentation.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, condition information, and other details regarding equipment. However, photographs may not show every cosmetic imperfection, accessory, component, or variation, and manufacturer specifications may vary depending on configuration, software, accessories, or production year.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, equipment descriptions and website content are provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for confirming the specifications, configuration, condition, compatibility, and intended use of equipment before purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information provided and asking any questions necessary before completing a transaction.
4. Quotations, Pricing and Orders
Prices displayed on the website, if any, are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website pricing does not include shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, customs charges, installation, training, certification, or other transaction-related costs.
Formal quotations provided by SafeZone Technologies may include additional terms regarding pricing, payment, equipment condition, included accessories, shipping, delivery, warranties, and other transaction details. In the event of a conflict between information displayed on the website and a written quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other transaction document issued by SafeZone Technologies, the terms of the applicable transaction document will control.
An equipment inquiry, request for quotation, purchase request, or other communication submitted through the website does not constitute an accepted order or binding agreement.
An order becomes binding only after the applicable terms have been confirmed and accepted by SafeZone Technologies and the customer, and any required payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, installment arrangements, and payment deadlines may vary depending on the equipment, service, customer, destination, and specific transaction. The applicable payment terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other transaction documentation provided by SafeZone Technologies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made in the currency and by the payment method specified in the applicable transaction documents.
Customers are responsible for any bank fees, wire transfer charges, currency conversion costs, credit card processing fees, taxes, duties, or other charges applicable to the transaction unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Failure to make payment according to the agreed terms may result in delayed shipment or service, suspension or cancellation of an order, loss of a deposit where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, or other remedies provided in the transaction documentation or applicable law.
Any special payment arrangement, financing accommodation, or installment plan must be expressly agreed to in writing by SafeZone Technologies.
6. Shipping, Delivery and International Transactions
Shipping and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the equipment, destination, size, weight, carrier, and requirements of the specific transaction. Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information and for any shipping, freight, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other transportation-related costs unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or transaction documentation.
For international transactions, customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements, customs procedures, permits, registrations, taxes, duties, and other requirements imposed by the destination country, unless SafeZone Technologies expressly agrees in writing to handle a specific requirement.
SafeZone Technologies may assist with shipping, freight coordination, export documentation, or logistics when agreed as part of a transaction. However, delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not guaranteed against and may affect estimated delivery dates.
Risk of loss and responsibility for equipment during transportation will be determined by the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other transaction documentation.
7. Inspection, Installation and Equipment Use
Customers are responsible for reviewing and inspecting equipment promptly upon receipt and notifying SafeZone Technologies of any apparent shipping damage, missing items, or material discrepancies within the time period specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, warranty, or transaction documentation.
Certain medical or ophthalmic equipment may require professional installation, calibration, configuration, testing, certification, maintenance, or other procedures before being placed into service. Unless expressly included in the transaction, installation, site preparation, calibration, certification, training, and similar services are not included with the purchase of equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is installed, operated, maintained, and used by appropriately qualified personnel and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and professional standards.
SafeZone Technologies does not control the clinical use of equipment after delivery and is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, patient outcomes, or the improper installation, modification, maintenance, or use of equipment by the customer or third parties.
8. Repairs, Technical Services and Estimates
SafeZone Technologies may provide inspection, diagnostic, repair, refurbishment, maintenance, configuration, and other technical services for medical, ophthalmic, and related equipment.
Any estimate provided before inspection or diagnosis is preliminary and may change if additional problems, parts, labor, or services are identified during evaluation or repair. When appropriate, we may request customer authorization before performing work that materially exceeds an approved estimate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the equipment, reported problem, previous repairs or modifications, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the equipment.
Repair timeframes and parts availability are estimates and may be affected by equipment condition, manufacturer support, availability of replacement components, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completion of a repair or technical service does not constitute a guarantee that unrelated components will remain functional or that equipment will be suitable for any particular clinical or operational purpose.
9. Warranties and Returns
Warranty coverage, if any, may vary depending on the equipment, its condition, manufacturer, type of service performed, and the specific terms of the transaction. Any applicable warranty will be described in the quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, service documentation, or other written terms provided by SafeZone Technologies.
Unless expressly stated in writing, no additional warranty is provided beyond the warranty specifically identified in the applicable transaction documentation. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are subject to the terms established for the specific transaction and may require prior written authorization from SafeZone Technologies. Equipment should not be returned without receiving authorization and applicable return instructions.
Certain equipment, special-order items, sourced equipment, customized configurations, parts, consumables, international transactions, or equipment that has been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may be non-returnable.
Any approved return may be subject to inspection, shipping costs, restocking charges, or other conditions disclosed in the applicable transaction documentation, to the extent permitted by law.
